We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and highly experienced Sales Consultant for Africa and Latin America. We have been defined for the last 30 years by our passion for extraordinary and utterly bespoke travel, compassion and work for philanthropy and conservation and utmost dedication to our highly discerning clients.

If your knowledge and experience are fully aligned with these core ethics we’d love to hear from you. In-depth knowledge of Latin America and Polar Regions and excellent communication (including superior written skills), customer service, time management, attention to detail and organisational skills are essential, as you will be working in an evolving and target-driven environment. A real enjoyment of writing about travel would be desirable along with good knowledge of IT (MS Office and Outlook).

Role Overview

  • Creating and selling fabulous “holiday of a lifetime” travel to clients, always trying to surpass expectations and add wonderful detail. You will be responsible for planning, selling and implementation of itineraries.
  • Exceptional time and task management skills
  • Managing costings to maximise revenue and profit whilst still offering excellent value
  • Working within a small and highly specialist team in a structured and sensibly target-driven environment.
  • Developing and maintaining regular contact with clients to engender repeat business.
  • Adopting a self-motivated and proactive approach for lead generation.
  • Helping with company’s marketing and PR activities, and keeping in touch with suppliers for product updates.
  • Ability to keep an open mind, think “outside the box” and apply flexibility is crucial.
  • Maintaining client and other records in accordance with company policies
  • Some client contact and exhibition work required out of hours.
